Fire Horse Experience Sponsors are the heartbeat of the event. These grassroots partners bring the celebration to life by creating interactive, Western-themed games or experiences that families can step into, enjoy, and remember.

As an Experience Sponsor, you’ll be positioned along the perimeter of the event floor, where guests naturally circulate, linger, and engage. This is true face time with our community — not a table people pass by, but an experience they stop for. Whether it’s a Western-themed photo booth, a game of skill, a creative challenge, or something entirely unexpected, this is your opportunity to connect with families through fun, conversation, and shared moments.

We intentionally limit Experience Sponsors to one per industry, giving you an exclusive audience without competition from similar businesses. Sponsors are encouraged to bring small prizes or giveaways to enhance engagement, and all games must be kid-friendly and approved in advance to ensure safety and alignment with the event.

Experience Sponsors receive:

• Dedicated space for an interactive booth or game

• Two 6’ tables and two chairs (upon request)

• Logo recognition on event materials

• Verbal recognition from the stage

• Social media recognition as an event sponsor

• Eligibility for the People’s Choice Award for Best Booth

• Two event tickets
